The performances at the Millfield Theatre this year were superb. Many schools took part, Primary , Secondary and Special.
The Brimsdown Dancers performed a lovely dance using music and dance styles ranging from different eras, from Elvis to the modern day. The children and staff had practised and practised and it showed. They also looked as if they were really enjoying themselves and I know from the enthusiastic cheers and calls, when they had finished, that their parents were also delighted to see them doing so well.
One parent told me afterwards, ” seeing them up on that stage in the theatre made me feel really proud.”
Well done to Miss Keady and all the boys and girls (and Mrs Baker and the other staff that helped out as well.)
I am looking forwards to seeing the performances again when the DVD comes out in a few weeks. Mr Fisher
