The school site is green and spacious with a large tree-lined field and nature walk. We have a wonderful new school hall and use modern technology throughout the school. The surrounding area is a mixture of new and old dwellings including council tower blocks, maisonettes and houses as well as owner-occupied dwellings
At Brimsdown we pride ourselves on the excellent skills of our staff, who always go the extra mile to ensure our children succeed. We welcome children, parents and carers into a friendly, happy and hard working environment. Respect for others, positive attitudes towards learning and behaviour are encouraged and nurtured.
The school works closely with the Local Authority, seeking advice and, guidance in many areas including professional development, curriculum, personnel issues, and premises.
"The school community is calm and purposeful. Pupils' very positive attitudes to their learning play a significant part in the good progress they make." Ofsted July 2016
